Laura Oprean has asked that her secondment as head of the National Anti-Corruption Directorate (DNA) should cease as of Monday, March 11, choosing to go back to her previous position as Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the organisation, Mediafax reports. The source notes Daniel Morar has temporarily delegated Calin Nistor, Valcea Tribunal Prosecutor, as head of DNA. So far, Nistor has been delegated to the office as head of the Pitesti Territorial Service of DNA (delegation valid between January 16 and July 16 2013 – a/n).
