Presentation file of the auction for the privatisation of Posta Romana costs EUR 50,000

The investors interested to buy 51 pc of Compania Nationala Posta Romana (CNPR) may purchase the presentation file of the auction, starting yesterday, at a price of EUR 50,000, according to the privatisation announcement of CNPR, money.ro reports. The Romanian state intends to select an investor that will take over 51 pc of the company through a capital increase operation. According to data released by the Ministry for the Information Society (MSI), pre-qualification criteria create conditions for the participation of all the investors interested by the privatisation process, while eliminating the potential participants that do not meet the minimal requirements for a successful privatisation of Posta Romana. The pre-qualified potential investors will be evaluated later using another set of criteria available in the presentation file.
