LPF TV and LEAGUE I TV in 2014

The Professional Football League (LPF) started the procedures to launch its own television channels, LPF TV and LEAGUE I TV, Mediafax informs.

The two channels would start broadcasting in 2014. “We are negotiating the broadcast of handball and K1 apart from football. We will also have films and shows on sport themes,” LPF President Dumitru Dragomir stated.

The registration request for the LPF TV and LEAGUE I TV was filed at OSIM on March 14, 2013. The LPF President also pointed out that the General Assembly will decide whether there will be a single channel for which one of the two names will be chosen or whether there will be two separate channels with those names.
