TBI Bank, a new bank in Romania

TBIF Financial Services BV starts operating TBI Bank in Romania, as a branch of TBI Bank EAD Sofia, and opens the first 3 units in Bucharest, reads a press release. TBI Bank will mainly operate as a retail bank and a bank for SMEs and will develop on the already existing business model, via the two entities of the group: TBI Credit – consumer loans and credit cards, and TBI Leasing – financial leasing dedicated to SMEs. These will be accompanied by savings and crediting banking products, plus a wide range of services. The development of the network of units will continue with the opening of 5 branches throughout the country, beginning with Iasi and Constanta, plus two new units in Bucharest.
