Boris Billich, new CEO Mercedes-Benz Romania

Starting June 1st 2013, Boris Billich will become the new CEO of Mercedes-Benz Romania. Michael Grewe, the acting CEO and President of Mercedes-Benz Romania, will continue his professional career with Daimler AG by becoming CEO of Mercedes-Benz Thailand, reads a press release. Boris Billich had his first Romanian experience in 1994, when he was appointed Market Manager of the Automobile and Light Commercial Vehicles division in Central and Eastern Europe. Before 2004, Billich coordinated the consolidation of the Light Commercial Vehicles division in Romania.

The new CEO of Mercedes-Benz Romania has a vast experience in the sales division, which he accumulated at the Germany head offices and with the company branches of the United Arab Emirates, the Czech Republic and Russia, where he currently is the CEO of Mercedes-Benz Truck Vostok.
