President Traian Basescu sent back to Parliamen the law concerning the setting up and functioning of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF), asking for the interdiction of being a member to be applied to the MPs’ relatives too, the Presidency informs, being quoted by Mediafax. The law on the setting up of ASF was sent for promulgation on March 20 after it was adopted by the Senate.
