Two doctors from the ‘Grigore Alexandrescu’ Hospital in Bucharest were arrested for taking bribe for operating on three children. A total of RON 6,000 was found on the doctors during a body search.
The prosecutors arrested surgeon Gheorghe Stefan Ozsvath and anaesthesiologist Florin Dumitru Catalin Rusu on bribery charges on Tuesday and asked the Bucharest Tribunal to approve their remand in custody awaiting trial for a period of 29 days.
