Several sectors of the Danube River, spanning seven counties, have been placed under a watch alert for floods until April 17, a warning issued by the National Hydrology and Water Management Institute (INHGA) shows. Thus, from April 10, 4 PM, to April 17, 6 PM, the watch alert for the Danube River will be maintained on the downstream sector Iron Gates – Zimnicea, in the Mehedinti, Dolj, Olt and Teleorman counties.
Likewise, starting today at 6 AM a watch alert for the Danube River will come into force on the Harsova – Braila sector and on the Danube’s branches in Constanta, Braila and Tulcea counties.
