Danube Strategy member states meet in Bucharest

The first meeting of the EU Strategy for the Danube and the coordinators of structural instruments from the states that participate in this programme holds its proceedings in Bucharest, on April 16-17, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) informs.

Attendants represent the 14 states that participate in the Danube Strategy programme, as well as the pertinent services of the European Commission. The purpose of the meeting is to debate solutions aimed at integrating the goals of the Danube Strategy in the future national and regional programmes through which the European funds will be used during 2014-2020. MAE organises the event, jointly with the Ministry of European Funds and the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, and the European Commission.
