Negotiations Dacia – trade union, finalised

The negotiations between the top management of automaker company Dacia and the Autoturisme Dacia Trade Union ended yesterday with an agreement on increasing the “salary mass” by 6 pc and a result-based bonus for all employees that will amount to RON 1,680 (before tax), for the result of 2012, Dacia informs in a communiqué.

Negotiations started on February 20 and several sessions were held until now. Representatives of the automobile manufacturer announced on April 8 that the demand of the Dacia trade union is equivalent to an income increase of approximately 40 pc, is “totally unrealistic” and endangers the competitiveness of the company and the existing jobs.
