The brother of MEP Corneliu Vadim Tudor, retired General Marcu Tudor, risks losing his work home he bought from the Ministry of Defence together with the other generals now under investigation in the case of the acquisition of homes from the Ministry.
Mediafax quotes sources as having said that, in the case opened by the military prosecutors of the National Anti-Corruption Department (DNA) against several army generals, ex-Defence Minister Corneliu Dobritoiu and other lead MoD officials, there is also C.V. Tudor’s brother – retired General Marcu Tudor who also received a home from MoD, situated in Mihai Eminescu Street no. 102-114, which he bought afterwards. The same sources note the brother of the PRM leader is not formally indicted in the case, but the prosecutors investigate the circumstances in which he received the right to buy that dwelling space.
