Romtelecom sells part of its real estate assets

Romtelecom will put on sale part of its real estate assets, in 16 counties: Bihor, Botosani, Brasov, Buzau, Calarasi, Constanta, Harghita, Hunedoara, Ialomita, Iasi, Olt, Suceava, Teleorman, Tulcea, Vaslui and Vrancea, plus Bucharest, as part of its strategy aimed at increasing the efficiency, informs a press release. Romtelecom will initiate auctions for 42 properties, in accordance with the internal requirements and demands of the company. The sale process is part of the Romtelecom strategy intended at optimising resources, reducing the complexity of its portfolio, increasing the efficiency and focusing on core business operations.
