CSM member Adrian Neacsu sued

Judge Adrian Neacsu, elected member of the Superior Magistracy Council (CSM), was sued yesterday by National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) prosecutors who charge him with unjustifiably collecting salary and pay of approximately RON 67,000 during 48 days in which he was unaccountably absent from work, Mediafax informs.

Angel Gabriel Rosca, former CSM driver, will also be tried in the same case for improper involvement in malfeasance in office, forgery and use of forgery, a DNA press communiqué shows. The case will be tried by the High Court of Justice magistrates.
