UniCredit Tiriac Bank, Romania’s only bank certified Top Employers Europe

UniCredit Tiriac Bank was certified Top Employers Europe 2013 by the Corporate Research Foundation (CRF), an independent institute that researches the standards of human resources and the working conditions in European companies, informs a press release.

Last year, UniCredit Tiriac Bank was the first and only financial-banking institution operating in Romania that obtained this very important HR certification, which was also granted in 2013 by the CRF. As part of the process aimed at identifying and auditing the best employers, the bank received the certification in parallel with seven other subsidiaries of UniCredit (Austria, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia and Great Britain), which contributed to certifying the financial group among the Top Employers Europe 2013 for the third year in a row, a premiere in the history of CRF. Certification by CRF places UniCredit Tiriac Bank among the employers with the highest standards and practices of human resources management in Europe.

UniCredit Tiriac Bank went through a research and auditing process which evaluated: company culture, opportunities of career, training and development, work conditions, basic benefits and the package of secondary benefits. The three levels of evaluation are: a complex research based on factual information, interviewing company officials, and a comparative evaluation of participant companies.
