The National Radio Orchestra will give an extraordinary concert Friday consisting of works by George Enescu at the Shanghai Spring International Festival 2013. The concert will be conducted by Tiberiu Soare, one of the best Romanian conductors of the moment, chief conductor of the Romania Radio Choirs and Orchestras.
