The pyrite supply of Remin Baia Mare, sold against USD 53 M

The Swiss trader of metals and minerals Werco Trade AG bought the entire supply of auriferous pyrite from Remin Baia-Mare, a company in insolvency, against USD 53.1 M, to be paid in installments over four years at most, the State Assets Resolution Authority (AAAS) announced at the request of Mediafax. The transaction ranges within the “government’s new optics” aimed at increasing the incomes. Werco Trade AG paid USD 105 per ton and assumed the payment in installments of the whole quantity of pyrite, as it takes it from Remin. The company headquartered in Baia Mare has 500,000 tons of pyrite in its deposits.
