The delegate minister for Infrastructure projects of National Interest and Foreign Investments, Dan Sova and officials of the Daimler company signed Monday, at the Victoria Palace the accord pertaining to the EUR 300 M investment which the German group will make to expand their auto part factories in Sebes and Cugir, hotnews.ro reports. Sova assured the German delegation that the government of Romania, jointly with local authorities will make all due efforts to secure a good investment climate, so that the German company has the best conditions to operate and develop its investment. The Board of Daimler AG decided to expand the production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars gearboxes. With this regard, it will invest more than EUR 280 M in Romania. In total, the company plans investment exceeding EUR 300 M, Daimler informed on April 24.
