Pelicam International Film Festival due in Tulcea on June 14-16

Fourteen, attentively selected feature films, documentaries or cartoons and short-films from 12 countries, 12 of them shown for the first time in Romania will be presented at the second edition of the Pelicam International Festival of Films about Environment and People, due in Tulcea (south-eastern Romania) over June 14-16.
Several related events such as concerts in the open performed by Robin and the Backstabbers and Suie Paparude, while Sorin Onisor presents his photography exhibition called Romania: People and Places, are also scheduled. Attending will be also special guests like Keith Partridge (extreme cameraman) and Stephane Siohan (a journalist, the maker of the Goal!Ukraine web documentary) reads the release organizers sent to Agerpres.
To open the Pelicam Film Festival is ‘North of the sun’, directed by Inge Wegge and Jorn Nyseth Ranum, winner of DocPoint – Helsinki Documentary Film Festival and Gothenburg International Film Festival, and six more films are also vying, namely La quete d’inspiration (In Search of Inspiration) directed by Mathieu Le Lay, the film Botiza Village, signed by Frédéric Gonseth and Catherine Azad, More than honey by Markus Imhof, Fruit Hunters, directed by Yung Chang and the Village at the end of the world directed by Sarah Gavron, David Katznelson.
