New GAZPROM fuel distribution station opened

The Gazprom Neft – NIS j.s.c Novi Sad subsidiary has officially inaugurated a new GAZPROM station in Romania. The first GAZPROM station located on a highway can be found in Dambovita County, on the A1 Highway that links Bucharest and Pitesti, a press communiqué informs.
At this moment the GAZPROM network in Romania consists of 12 fuel distribution stations. The second stage of the program on developing the Romanian network includes the construction of another 20 fuel distribution stations. Overall, by the end of the year the GAZPROM network in Romania will consist of 50 fuel distribution stations. The program on developing the new “Gazprom Petrol Stations” fuel distribution network includes other Balkan countries too – Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
By the end of 2015 the GAZPROM network will have approximately 250 fuel distribution stations in the Balkans, 120 of which will be located in Romania. NIS will handle the network’s operational management.
