Chansonette Album launched by Operetta Theatre

The “Ion Dacian” Operetta Theatre Bucharest will launch “Paris, mon amour”, an album of chansonettes at the Humanitas Kretzulescu Bookshop, Wednesday, July 10, 7.00 pm. The album includes famous songs from the eponymous collage-show in the Operetta Theatre repertoire. The 21 chansonettes re-orchestrated and rearranged by Lucian Vladescu, first conductor at the National Operetta Theatre House are performed by some of the best-known operetta soloists accompanied by its choir and orchestra. “Paris, mon amour” is a first such project originated by a Romanian musical institution aimed at presenting on disc musical pieces from the show.
