Sebastian Ghita, investigated by DNA

Realitatea Media SA, the owner of the Realitatea TV broadcasting license, has filed yesterday at the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) a criminal complaint asking for the start of a criminal investigation in order to identify the persons responsible for the crimes committed by SC Ridzone Computers SRL, SC RTV Satellite NET SRL, SC Asesoft International SA in order to embezzle Realitatea Media SA’s commerce fund, realitatea.net informs. Moreover, the criminal complaint also asks for the start of the criminal investigation in order to hold accountable the representative of SC Ridzone Computers SRL and SC RTV Satellite NET SRL, PSD MP Sebastian Ghita, “for the crimes committed during and after his management term at SC Realitatea Media SA ended.” At the same time, also requested is the start of criminal prosecution in the case of RAAPPS and its general director Georgian Gabiel Surdu, as well as the payment of damages estimated at EUR 10 M.
