Romania to host WTF European Cadet & Paralympics Taekwondo Championships

Romania will host the WTF European Cadet & Paralympics Taekwondo Championships, due at the Bucharest-based Polyvalent Hall, on this Aug 21-25, according to Agerpres.
The contest files Paralympic fighters, people with several degrees of hand and arm impairment, from 11 countries, it begins on Wednesday Aug 21, and it is organized by the Romanian Taekwondo Federation, under the patronage of the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF).
The fifth edition of the European Taekwondo Cadet Championships is due over Aug 22-25 and brings together about 400 athletes from 41 countries.
To attend the events are a lot of outstanding personalities of the international sports such as the European Taekwondo Union (ETU) Chairman Athanasios Pragalos, WTF vice-presdent Kalamaddin Heydarov, and the European Para Taekwondo Unkion (EPTU) President Aleksandr Shlichikov.
Also attending will be Romania’s culture and sports personalities, officials of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Bucharest City Hall, Bucharest Prefect’s Office.
