Yildirim Holding interested in privatisation of Oltchim

Antena3.ro notes that, according to the Minister of Economy, Turkish Chrome manufacturing company Yildirim Holding wants to participate in the privatisation of Oltchim Ramnicu-Valcea chemical production facility and, thus, attract investments toward Cupru Min Abrud.
On Thursday, Minister of Economy Varujan Vosganian met with managers of the Turkish group who requested and were granted the pre-qualification documentation necessary for the selection process at Cupru Min. The Minister of Economy was commissioned to find an investor who would act as associate in financing Cupru Min.
The Turkish Group conducts business activities in sectors such as energy, mining, construction, ship building and naval transport.
