Education, culture and religion are among the essential public services, in the territorial administrative units, without which the latter cannot work in difficult situations like financial crisis or insolvency, reads the Decision, Romania’s Government passed on Tuesday. Thus, the full list of such services includes the local taxes and fees, the person records, the agricultural registry, the land planning and urbanism, emergency situations, education and ancillary services for education, health, culture, religion, social security, waste supply and sewerage, public lighting, sanitation and waste management. Likewise, the list includes categories like making, transporting and supplying central heating as well as authorizing public transportation.
