President Basescu signs decree on reappointing Livia Stanciu as ICCJ President

Romanian President Traian Basescu on Friday signed the decree reappointing Livia Stanciu as the President of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ), for a three-year term. According to a release remitted to Agerpres by the President Administration, the President also signed the decree appointing judge Iulia-Cristina Tarcea as Vice-President of the High Court of Cassation and Justice and judge Lavinia Curelea as head of the Civil Section I of the ICCJ, both for a three-year term.
