Insolvency code draft to be adopted next week

The insolvency code is a draft that will be adopted next week, Prime Minister Victor Ponta announced in the opening of the weekly Government meeting on Wednesday, Agerpres informs.‘We need the insolvency code because there are much too many who enter insolvency to defraud the state. They have not paid any fees for one or two years. (…) It is about the economy’s recovery, about the combat of the tax evasion hidden behind the coat of insolvency and about defrauding the interests of some private companies. There are very many private companies that, when they have invoices to cash, they find the beneficiary enters insolvency and they are left with the damage,’ the chief of Government mentioned.
