Raiffaisen Bank – a healthy and balanced lifestyle for its employees

Raiffeisen Bank officially launched “RStyle,” a program addressed to all of its employees, its purpose being the teaching of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Raiffeisen Bank is a company that is aware of the influence that a competitive workplace entailing constant pressure has on its employees and plans to take into account all the things that are important in the life of the employees: health, personal development, hobbies and leisure, childcare and education etc.
“RStyle” means health improvement, self-awareness and personal development, the improvement of professional relations, with an impact on daily life. The program started with a flash-mob organized by Raiffeisen Bank employees at Baneasa Mall and will continue in the following period with a series of seminars on health, childcare, stress management, education etc. You can find more information on the Facebook Raiffeisen Bank Romania Facebook page.
The tone is set by bank president Steven van Groningen who at the age of 56 runs in marathons: “Sports and a healthy lifestyle have become things that are so natural that now I cannot stand more than two or three days without training, without running. I also have a balanced and healthy diet. Thanks to this lifestyle, apart from the extra kilograms I managed to lose, my health improved noticeably too. We want the lives of our employees to be as good as possible, and that’s what we are trying to do through RStyle.”
