A Romanian citizen, aged 31, was found hanged, while in custody, in the Republic of Moldova, where he was taken after he had drunk and driven, had refused to accept to be tested for alcohol and had hit a policeman, Unimedia informs. The Soroca Police officer on duty found the Romanian, on Sunday, strangled with a turtleneck in his cell. Following the examination of the Soroca prosecutor and that of the forensic pathologist, no signs of violent death were detected, the quoted source says. The man was stopped by the police on Saturday night, in Soroca, because he was driving illegally. The Romanian, who was drunk, refused to show the policeman his papers, refused to be tested for alcohol and he cursed the officers. Taken to the regional “A.
