The ‘manele’ singer Florin Salam said, upon leaving the DIICOT offices, that he was questioned as witness, after he went to “a party where several stupid things happened,” but he is not aware of anyone in his band taking cocaine. According to judiciary sources quoted by Mediafax, Florin Salam and the members of his band are suspected of cocaine consumption in a DIICOT file, where they were brought for questioning. As he was leaving the DIICOT building, Florin Salam said that he had to answer questions as witness, after he attended, in June – July, a party where “several stupid things happened.” Asked by the press if this is about cocaine consumption, Salam answered “I don’t know, maybe some was taken.” Asked if any member of his band took this drug, Florin Salam answered that he does not know, but if this were the case, he would do “a cleaning in the band,” without harming the person.
