President Traian Basescu signed yesterday the decree appointing Liberal Andrei Gerea in the office of Economy Minister. Previously yesterday, Prime Minister Victor Ponta has submitted to President Basescu the proposal to nominate Liberal MP Andrei Gerea as the next Minister of Economy.
The head of the Executive on Tuesday confirmed to Agerpres that he already sent the nomination proposal to the Cotroceni Palace in respect to the office of Minister of Economy.
The PNL leader, Crin Antonescu, on Tuesday announced the leader of the Liberal MPs, Andrei Gerea, represented his party’s proposal for taking over as Minister of Economy.
