“The belts in the ethnics’ culture” exhibition, which will present a small part of the Russian Ethnography Museum’s heritage, one of the largest museums of its kind in the world, will be opened on Friday at 12.00 in the H.H. Stahl hall of the National Village Museum “Dimitrie Gusti” in the capital. The exhibition is part of the series of events celebrated with the occasion of the Days of the Russian Culture 2013, held in Bucharest between October 15th to November 28th, informs the institution. The opening on Friday will be completed by a recital of traditional Russian music by Maria Raducanu (voice) and Maxim Belciug (guitar). At the “Ethnographic hermitage”, as it is named by the specialistis the Russian Ethnography Museum, there are kept over 500,000 ethnographic objects dated in the XVIII – XX centuries, which define the life and culture of over 150 nations of Russia. The exhibition will be open from Wednesday to Sunday, between 9.00 and 17.00.
