Ponta-Antonescu dispute over Kosovo?

Romania’s position on Kosovo is decided by the Parliament and PNL leader Crin Antonescu expressed his support, PSD president Victor Ponta said, adding that he hopes Antonescu “did not change his mind”, Mediafax informs.
PNL president Crin Antonescu said Thursday in Slatina that Victor Ponta was not very careful with communication when he spoke about the position on Kosovo, as “he was not entitled of giving these guarantees, because it is not the prime minister that decides what states are to be recognised.” In a talk last week, at the White House, with the vice-president of the United States, Joe Biden, PM Ponta informed the American official that “nothing will happen next year,” but in 2015 Romania will have a position coordinated with that of international partners.
