Raiffeisen Bank and Citibank Romania successfully concluded the technical operations of migrating the individual customers transferred to Raiffeisen, informs a communiqué. Now, the transferred individual customers can make operations in and from their new Raiffeisen Bank accounts, on all the channels made available by the bank to its customers. The new customers have access to a network of 525 Raiffeisen Bank offices all over the country, the ATM (approximately 1,100) and POS (over 11,000) network operated by the bank; internet banking services (Raiffeisen Online), phone banking (Raiffeisen Direct) and mobile banking (SmartMobile) are also available 24/24, 7 days a week. Credit and debit card users also have access to the multishop programme.
The transactions made until October 25 (inclusively), in line with the working programme, will be reflected in the latest account report issued by Citibank Romania, while the operations made after that date will be reported in the first account sheet issued by Raiffeisen Bank. “As we announced when we signed the contract for taking over the retail portfolio of Citibank Romania, we took into consideration the history of customers in the relation with Citi and we prepared personalised offers, both in terms of the products and services we provide, and with regard to prices and transaction channels,” said Vladimir Kalinov, Retail Banking vice-president of Raiffeisen Bank.
