At the beginning of next week, Premier Victor Ponta will visit the United Kingdom, where he will attend the start of transactions with Romgaz shares on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), under the form of global depository receipts (GDR), government sources told Mediafax. The estimated term for listing Romgaz on the bourses of Bucharest and London is Tuesday, November 12. In a cabinet meeting held Wednesday, PM Ponta congratulated the delegate minister for Energy, Constantin Nita, for the success of the sale of 15 pc of Romgaz and announced that the company will be listed on LSE next week.
