Ada Solomon to win Eurimages Co-production Development Award at European Film Awards

Film producer Ada Solomon will receive the Eurimages Co-production Development Award at European Film Awards that will take place in Berlin on December 7, informs the site of the European Film Academy. Since her production company was founded Ada Solomon has produced films that won prizes such as the medium and short-length films directed by Cristian Nemescu, ‘Marilena from P7,’ by Radu Jude, ‘Lamp with a Cap,’ but also the debuts in full-length films such as Radu Jude’s ‘The Happiest Girl in the World,’ Razvan Radulescu and Melissa de Raaf’s ‘Felicia, First of All’ and Paul Negoescu’s ‘A Month in Thailand.’ Ada Solomon is the producer of the film titled ‘Child’s Pose,’ which has been awarded the Golden Bear at the International Film Festival in Berlin this year. She has also produced Adrian Sitaru’s full-length film titled ‘Best Intentions,’ which was financed by Eurimages, but also Radu Jude’s film ‘Everybody in Our Family.’ Solomon is also the producer of Alexandru Solomon’s documentary film, ‘Tarzan’s Testicles,’, but also of the newest project in the full-length fiction film, Radu Jude’s ‘Aferim!’
