In October, Banca Romaneasca granted RON 42 M in loans through Prima Casa

In October, Banca Romaneasca granted loans worth approximately RON 42 million (EUR 9.4 million) as part of the new Prima Casa (First House) exclusively leu-denominated program. “In the last month, Banca Romaneasca has accelerated its approval and granting rate for loans under Prima Casa and we believe we will maintain this trend in the future. In addition, clients no longer have to worry about real estate assessment, as the bank provides this analysis free of cost and the annual management commission owed to FNGCIMM is paid in advance by the bank, and subsequently withheld from the borrower on a monthly basis,” Efstathios Kouninis, Deputy General Manager (Retail), stated according to Wall-Street.ro. The maximum amount subject to loans is the equivalent in lei of EUR 57,000 for purchasing completed housing facilities, including the ones built and put into operation by ANL, or the equivalent in lei of EUR 66,500 for purchasing new housing facilities, including the ones built through ANL programs.
