PM Ponta- US President Obama talks in Johannesburg


Prime-Minister Victor Ponta has had 15 minute talks with the US President Barack Obama on Tuesday, in the stands of the stadium where the ceremonies for former South African President Nelson Mandela were held.
Sources close to the Romanian Premier, quoted by Mediafax, say the talks were held in the stadium stand, after the speech held by the US President. According to the quoted sources, PM Ponta was presented to Obama by the former British PM Tony Blair.
According to Mediafax, PM Ponta confirmed he has had a discussion with the US President, adding ‘nothing official’ was in the focus.
