Former Romanian President Emil Constantinescu was awarded the “Peace through Culture and Education” Award last week in Berlin for his outstanding achievements throughout his entire life, according to ‘Azi’ daily. The awarding ceremony was part of the host of events included in the programme of the 2013 Annual Conference on Cultural Diplomacy organized by the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin.
