A plot of land with a surface of 2,500 sq m, situated on the Expozitiei Boulevard of Bucharest, near the Romexpo complex, was offered by the government to the Grand National Lodge, in free use for a 49-year interval, for the construction of a building “of public interest.” The land, administered by the State Patrimony Protocol Authority (RA-APPS), was ceded to the Association ‘Grand National Lodge of Romania’ through a decision approved during the latest meeting of the cabinet. The land has a nominal value of more than RON 2.1 M.
