Actor Mihai Fotino dies at 83

 

Bucharest National Theater (TNB) actor Mihai “Misu” Fotion died on Monday at the age of 83. The actor died in Bucharest’s Elias Hospital where he had been hospitalized for the past week, hospital director Dr. Dana Safta stated for Mediafax. “Misu” Fotino died after a long and arduous ailment.

Born in Bucharest on September 14, 1930, Mihai Fotino (also known as Misu Fotino) had a rich acting career in theater, film and television, tackling mostly the comedy genre.
