EximBank is financing Alro Slatina with almost EUR 50 M

EximBank has concluded financial agreements amounting at almost EUR 50 M with Alro SA one of the top producers of aluminum in South Eastern Europe, in order to support the business as usual and the issuing of guarantees letters and bills of credit for the company’s contracts, a press release informs. “(…) The financial agreement (…) has been concluded at the end of last year and has a 24 months term but we are convinced that it represents only the first phase of a long term partnership. Our main strategic approach is to build solid win-win relationships with the business environment by involving ourselves in projects that support the sustainable development of local economy.” said Traian Halalai, President of EximBank. Alro has recently invested almost RON 44 M in a project aiming at increasing its competitive level in a project co-financed by the European Union. “(…) We intend to continue our strategy on long term and EximBank has offered the optimal financial solutions for sustainable development of our company,” said Marian Nastase, President of the Board at Alro.
