Michael Flatley is one of the prominent personalities represented in Ireland’s newest museum of design: Newbridge Silverware Museum of Style Icons of Kildare.
Undisputable genius, Michael Flatley conquered the whole world with the magic of his dance, which he shared through the shows created and produced by him: “Lord Of The Dance”, “Riverdance”, “Feet Of Flames” and “Celtic Tiger”! “Lord of The Dance” is the show that, for almost two decades, succeeds maintaining its title of the best dance show of the world.
The show “LORD OF THE DANCE” will be performed on March 14, 2014 at Sala Palatului of Bucharest, just few days after being staged in Timisoara and Cluj. The Bucharest show is organised by Project Events. Dozens of fantastic characters will take the public to a world of fairy-tales, with fairies and positive characters standing on the same stage with evil spirits, which they will fight and win or lose, in turn, as freedom is the award which all characters will share in the end.

Alongside the clothes of Marilyn Monroe, Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley and many others, the public can see the original costumes of Michael Flatley and his famous stepping shoes! “Michael is a living legend and a proof that human spirit can indeed achieve anything! His phenomenal success grants him an important place in history!,” William Doyle, executive director of the Newbridge Silverware Museum of Style Icons said at the opening event, very delighted for being able to add this outstanding collection to the museum.
The exclusivist exhibition presents the stage costumes worn during more than 20 years of career, including the glamorous outfits from Lord Of The Dance, Celtic Tiger and Feet Of Flames! On this occasion, Multumedia Instructional Design (MMID) produced a number of videos that were projected on two walls of the museum, with surprising results! MMID expanded the already existing audio guide to include the costumes of Michael Flatley.
