Alexandru Dedu, new president of the Romanian Handball Federation

Former international Alexandru Dedu won the elections for the presidency of the Romanian Handball Federation, thus replacing Cristian Gatu who has been president for the past 18 years, frh.ro informs. Alexandru Dedu won 104 votes, followed by Remus Draganescu (56 votes) and Cristian Gatu (32 votes). Alexandru Dedu (42) won the Champions League three times. Dedu is also President of Romania’s Professional Handball League.
