BCR ceiling for the “First House”, increased by RON 252 M

Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) has obtained the increment of the guarantee ceiling associated to the First Home Program, by RON 252 M, a press release informs. Recently, BCR has reduced the cost of credits granted within the First Home Program, by diminishing the interest margin for clients who receive/ will receive their salaries with BCR, to 2 percent interest, reaching 5.52 percent (DAE 5.68 percent). At the same time, the bank has also reduced interest for clients who chose the My Home mortgage credit, as the benefit from a fixed interest rate for a 3 year period, starting from 5.25 percent (DAE 5.55 percent). Until now, BCR has granted about 32,000 credits within the First Home Program, in an amount of over RON 5,500 M. During the Program, the First Home credit has preserved its attractiveness, especially with young families, who could benefit from a low advance and profitable costs conditions.
