“Martisor Duets” on Saturday at National Opera

The artists in the Orchestra of the National Opera Bucharest will present to the public a unique concert, made up of instrumental works of some duets of opera and ballet, at the special event “Martisor Duets” to take place on Saturday on 7 pm at the Yellow Foyer of the institution. The spectators will have the opportunity to listen to the most beautiful musical moments of such composers as Georges Bizet, Gaetano Donizetti, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in a first time interpretation in Romania. In the area of the Yellow Foyer, a special acoustics and an intimate space will allow the opera and ballet aficionados to reunite with the String Quintet of the National Opera of Bucharest, and with other instrumentalists, celebrating in romantic harmonies the arrival of spring.
