New members through “Learn 2B a Banker” Garanti Bank program

Garanti Bank has selected 20 talented youngsters for a successful career in the banking and financial domain, through the “Learn 2B a Banker” program dedicated to students or graduates interested in the banking domain, a program run in partnership with the Economic Studies Academy (ASE) in Bucharest. Ufuk Tandogan, CEO Garanti Group Romania, attended an event at the Galateca galleries in Bucharest, where he congratulated the new members, emphasizing once again the commitment towards the Romanian economy. The “Learn 2B a Banker” program is a paid four-month program (from February to May). The participants will benefit from a mix of theoretical information and practical experiences relating to the financial-banking system’s products and services. The activity will take place within the bank’s agencies, so that the young participants will thus have access to a large variety of banking system activities, will have the possibility of working in a real business environment, will benefit from specialized training and will develop personal and organizational skills. Moreover, at the end of the program every young participant will have the possibility of joining Garanti Bank’s team.
