New ceiling level for BRD’s Prima Casa loans, of RON 320 M

Following the new ceiling level of RON 320 M granted to BRD Groupe Societe Generale by the National Credit Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises (FNGCIMM), the bank’s clients can now contract Prima Casa (First House) loans worth a total of RON 640 M, according to a press release. After the switch to leu-denominated loans, BRD granted RON 360 M in Prima Casa loans, one third of which were contracted by residents of Bucharest.
