Over 350 children take part in 3rd edition of Romanian-Turkish Cultural Gala

More than 350 children and young people aged between 3 and 19 years old will be performing in a major cultural show held on March 12 at the Bucharest-based Palace Hall, as part of the third edition of the Romanian-Turkish Cultural Gala, the organisers inform in a release quoted by Agerpres on Wednesday. The gala, organised by the Light Education Institutions Foundation, aims to promote and reinforce the bilateral relations between Romania and Turkey, bringing dances, songs, poetry and musical performances on traditional instruments from the two countries, together on the same stage. The Romanian-Turkish Gala is at the same time the national phase of the Turkish Language Olympics. The national finals are held simultaneously in 50 countries worldwide and the Olympiad to take place in Istanbul will bring together more than 100,000 people attending an amazing show, with an impressive artistic and technical investment.
