Ponta not to be investigated for plagiarism

Prime Minister Victor Ponta will not be investigated for plagiarism after the complaint made by Adrian Papahagi, Mihail Neamtu and Augustin Ofiteru, in which they requested to cancel the drop of investigation and reopening the file, was rejected yesterday by the Supreme Court (High Court for Cassation and Justice), the rule being definitive. The High Court of Cassation and Justice rejected the complaint issued by Papahagi, Neamtu and Ofiteru as inadmissible in the case of the solution of dropping the investigation against PM Victor Ponta for plagiarism. That was the last resort of attack against the rule of prosecutors, as the rule made by the Supreme Court is final.
