Romania and Poland, as NATO and EU border states, but also as Ukraine’s border states, must have a certain position to the future military capabilities in this area, said Romanian Minister of Defence Mircea Dusa on Friday, at the end of the meeting he had with his Polish counterpart Tomasz Siemoniak. According to the minister, the preparation of the summit due in September in England as well as the strategic position of the NATO after this meeting was another subject dealt with during the talks with his Polish counterpart.
